1. Website Use
All content on this website including text, images, product descriptions, design pictures, logos is the intellectual property of LAVYSEN. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any site content without our prior written permission.
2. Quotation, Sample & Bulk Production
2.1 All quotations are valid for a limited period, stated on the quotation document. Prices are subject to raw material cost fluctuation.
2.2 Sample fees, mould fees and special process charges are charged separately. Sample cost may be credited against bulk orders upon written agreement before development.
2.3 Bulk production will start only after PPS sample approval and all commercial prerequisites are fully confirmed. Lead time is estimated and subject to material availability and mutual agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Clients shall guarantee that all patterns, logos, artwork and designs provided to us do not infringe third-party trademarks, copyright or patents. Client shall fully indemnify LAVYSEN against any third-party IP claims arising from client-provided designs.
4. Confidentiality
All technical drawings, sample specifications, fabric formulas, pricing and project information shared between both parties shall be treated as confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide website content “as is”. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount received from the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the People’s Courts where our company is located.
