A LATAM fitness brand wanted a logo that looked premium and survived gym life. We compared three finishes with data, not opinions.
01 — The Challenge: A Logo Is Not Decoration
The client was a fitness brand building a yoga tops line for the LATAM market. For them, the logo was the product: it had to look premium on the sales page and still look right after a season of washing, stretching and gym-bag abuse. Their previous supplier had used a heat-transfer patch that curled at the edges and cracked at the corners after a few washes. The brand was spending real money on a logo that advertised exactly the opposite of quality.
They came to us with one question: which finish actually holds up?
02 — What We Did: Three Samples, One Wash Test

Instead of selling them a process, we sent them something to argue with: three finished samples of the same logo, same placement, in three finishes.
- Embroidery — dimensional, durable, and the most expensive of the three. Works on stable fabrics; heavy for ultra-stretch knits.
- Silicone — a soft, flexible raised print. Sits well on stretch fabrics, feels premium, and moves with the garment.
- Heat-transfer — the sharpest color reproduction and the lowest cost, but the finish we see fail most often under repeated washing and stretching.
Then we stopped talking and washed. Each sample went through 20 wash cycles with a stretch test on the logo zone — checking for peeling, cracking, curling edges and loss of adhesion. The results went into a simple comparison table, and the client picked based on their price point and how the logo should feel on skin, not on our sales pitch.
They chose silicone for this style, with embroidery offered for a future woven-trim line.
03 — The Outcome: A Logo That Stays a Logo
The order ran at 300 pcs per color, within our per-style, per-color MOQ. Samples took 7–10 days. In final inspection under AQL 2.5, logo placement, symmetry and adhesion were checked on every inspected piece — because a crooked logo reads as careless at any price.
The client reordered twice. The same artwork, same finish spec, same placement: consistent out of the box both times.
04 — Why This Case Is on Our Website
Because logo customization is where small brands get talked into expensive mistakes. The right finish is not whichever one looks best in a photo — it is the one that still holds after 20 washes at the stretch points where the garment actually moves.
We test finishes the way customers wear them, and we put the data on the table before you commit.
